Some people might be experiencing "TOO FEW OPERANDS" while trying to print or download and print the PDF files. Below is a brief description in how to overcome the problem. The good news is that there should be nothing wrong with the PDF or ZIP files, the bad news is that the error "TOO FEW OPERANDS" while attempting to read the file is a headache. If you're getting alot of delays in the transfer of the files, which creates errors in them, you will get this messege while trying to veiw the file. Repeated attempts at various timeframes might gave you successful results. There is no sure solution for this problem it seems. The solution to the problem might not be a do it once and its taken care of fix. but rather it might take you a few times, but in the end, you should get them. Try checking to find times when there were the fewest persons online through your server if possible. In some cases, this might not be possible. Depends on your account and provider. Try these steps to see if it will help: Log on at different times (low usage times if possible), but first clear your internet history (might not make a difference). Then, log off and start up Windows Explorer or Netscape. Go into the COOKIES folder under windows and removed any cookies associated with the acharts to be downloaded. Then, go to your RECENT folder that stores information on recent activities. Having cleared all this, log on and start accessing the individual charts, opening them while online. Opening them online will allow you to see them before you save them, that way you can see if the file transfer was good. You would then print it and save it if the transfer was good. If you received any kind of error message, go back up and go on to the next chart. You would then repeat this process for any files that you received error messages for, except that you might try at a different timeframe. It may seem tedious, but it is necessary. The big problems here is line noise and shared access due to large amounts of people on line. It slows the transfer rate and some of the file data gets dropped. Some steps might be skipped over, but I included them just to be on the safe side of things. As a last effort, we can work on getting you the zipped files on a diskette or maybe emailing them. Each zip file contians four charts in pdf format except that ams4_lr.zip contains three.
